Can you take my old sofa at the same time as my move?
Often, yes. Tell us what needs to go and we’ll include it in the quote. If we can’t take something, we’ll say so before we quote.
Do I need to be there?
It helps, but it’s not essential. Tell us what’s going and where it is, and we can clear while you’re out.
What can’t you take?
We’ll confirm on the quote. Asbestos, certain electricals and hazardous waste need specialist disposal. We’d rather say no up front than surprise you on the day.
